We'll notify you when something arrives!These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zyrolo website zyrolo.com and, in the future, its mobile application the "Service", operated by Zokera Tech Private Limited, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Minarch Tower, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana, India 122003.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
You must be 18+ and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use the Service only with parental consent and supervision.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for account security and all activities under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
Zyrolo is a marketplace platform where third-party sellers list products (e.g., electronics, groceries, apparel). We do not own or sell products but facilitate transactions. Sellers set prices, descriptions, and policies. We are not responsible for product quality, safety, or legality, or for seller breaches. Your contract is with the seller, though we may assist with transactions.
For eligible items, we offer rapid delivery (minutes, hourly, same-day). Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic).
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), including taxes unless stated otherwise. Sellers may charge delivery or convenience fees. You agree to pay all charges. We may correct pricing errors.
We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree, Easebuzz) for payments (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). We do not store full payment details. You authorize charges for your orders and warrant the legal right to use the payment method. We are not liable for failed transactions due to invalid details or technical issues.
Products are shipped by sellers or delivery partners. Delivery times vary (hours for quick-commerce, days for standard). You'll receive tracking updates. Inspect packages upon arrival and report damage immediately. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to factors beyond our control.
Returns depend on seller policies and product type (e.g., perishables may be non-returnable). Returns must be initiated within the seller's specified timeframe, with items unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed via the original payment method, subject to seller approval. We may assist but do not guarantee return shipping costs.
