Return & Refund Policy
At Zyrolo, we are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations in terms of quality, functionality, and value. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund becomes necessary. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we have outlined our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
2. Conditions for Return Approval
A return request will be approved under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is missing essential parts or accessories.
3. Return Process
- Initiate Request: Log in to your Zyrolo account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the product you wish to return. Click on “Request Return” within the 3-day return window.
- Provide Details: Clearly state the reason for the return and upload images (if applicable) for faster verification.
- Pickup & Inspection: Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your location. Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection at our facility.
4. Refund Timeline
- Once your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallet, etc.).
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS.
5. Exchange Policy
At present, Zyrolo does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Important Notes
- Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Refund amounts may be adjusted if the returned product shows signs of damage caused after delivery.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
